In addition, we collect your payment information. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name and email), payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, and recommendations. During coaching, you have the opportunity to provide information about your body, pictures, notes on your mood and digestion, as well as describing your everyday life. This information is continuously updated by you as long as you are part of a course.

2. How do you use the information?

We use your contact information to contact you. We use your body information to prepare diet and exercise plans that are tailored to you. As we progress through your coaching, you have the opportunity to submit information that describes your bodily development. This information is used to make decisions that will help you get the results you want. The information is also used to gain a better understanding of which diet and exercise plans are most effective for you. Your payment information is used to complete payment for our services.

 

4. Why do you collect such personal information?

We collect such non-personal and personal information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate the services;

  2. To provide you with ongoing assistance and support;

  3. To be able to contact you with general or personalized service-related notices and messages;

  4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred non-personal Information, which we may use to provide and improve our respective services;

  6. To customize and personalize your training program, diet plan, and/or coaching experience;

3. How long is the information stored?

Your personal information is kept for as long as is necessary to fulfill our obligations to you as a customer or until a request for deletion has been made. After this, your data will be either deleted or anonymized. The period for which the data is stored depends on the type of data, why it has been collected and processed, and whether legal requirements apply. Your payment information is stored 1 month after a completed process.

4. How do you store, use, share and disclose your site visitors' personal information?

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers

 

Your data will never be sold to third party companies.

The service provider uses cookies from Wix. The Wix platform is used to analyze website statistics and user behavior. Wix does not collect personal information.
