Hello, I'm Wyatt Wimberly. I'm an ISSA-certified Elite Personal Trainer, Sports Nutritionist, and Bodybuilding Specialist. Naturally, I am an ectomorph - a hardgainer. I started bodybuilding at 18 years old, only weighing 140lbs. But I've been able to reach 265lbs so far, with only 10% bodyfat. My goal is to evolve to my full potential - in body, mind, and spirit - and to help, and inspire others to do the same. Bodybuilding gives me an outlet to plug all my negative energy into, and turn it into something positive. Bodybuilding has saved my life, and now I want to use it to save the lives of others. As your trainer, I can provide you the knowledge you need to hit your goals fast and hard, but also keep you motivated, and help you enjoy the whole process.

We're not entirely sure of the reason for our creation, or if there even is a reason. But if we fight hard enough to evolve to our full potential, and achieve what we believe to be our destiny, that may be the key to finding out. So I want to evolve to my full potential - in body, mind, and spirit - and inspire others to do the same. But I also want to help people evolve to their full potential, by giving them all the knowledge they need to do so.
It can take a lot to change us... to make us evolve. Because who and what we are is a product of many factors. Our body and mind may be a product of our genetics and our environment. Our spirit may be a product of our past experiences. Our perception of the world may be a product of our knowledge of it. However, there are many factors you can control, and use to change every part of yourself. Make them better... and make your life better.
To evolve, we must start with our bodies. Physical conditioning - the balance between training, nutrition, and recovery - conditions the mind and spirit in the same way it conditions the body. It makes them ALL stronger. Become my apprentice, and see for yourself. I will help you achieve your goals very quickly, and very easily... achieve maximum results with minimum effort.
